This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced C++/C# programmer to join a leading Research and Development team. The ideal applicant would have an understanding of and keen interest in video technologies for this exciting new project.
Essential knowledge:
- MS Visual Studio 2005/2008
- Microsoft Visual C++ (MFC)
- Microsoft Visual C# and the .NET environment
- Video and DVD technologies
Desirable knowledge:
- Interfacing to hardware
- Interfacing to databases (SQL Server/MySQL)
Person Specification:
- Keen interest in video technologies
- Project management skills
- Work well as part of a team
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
Salary will be in the range of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
