The purpose of the role is to help developing and maintain the company website by developing new interfaces, systems, databases and web applications. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial development experience using ASP, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, IIS and JavaScript. ASP.NET, VB, VB.NET skills would also be desirable.
Key Requirements
- ASP, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, IIS and JavaScript.
- Industry experience would be greatly beneficial but is not essential.
- ASP.NET, VB, VB.NET skills would also be desirable.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of new systems and modification of existing systems.
- A proven track record of working in a development environment with experience in all aspects of the systems development lifecycle including design, development, testing and the maintenance of the applications.
A very well organised individual, with a strong work ethic. You will need to be an effective communicator at all levels and a team player. You will have a flexible attitude and the ability to perform under pressure. You must be able to assimilate a number of tasks and work methodically whilst managing priorities. You will be a good listener and be an excellent problem solver.
